Online payments via the Comgate payment gateway
Our online payments are processed through the Comgate payment gateway.
The service is provided by Comgate a.s., a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments are processed in a secure payment gateway environment, and the transmission of payment data is encrypted. Further information and contact details are available at www.comgate.eu.
Card payments
After selecting card payment and submitting the order, the buyer is redirected to the secure payment gateway, where they enter their payment card details and confirm the payment as required by their bank. Once the payment has been completed successfully, the seller is notified of the payment result.

Payments via online banking (bank buttons)
Where this option is available in the payment gateway, the buyer selects their bank and proceeds to its online or mobile banking service. After logging in, they check the pre-filled payment details and confirm the payment using the method required by their bank. The seller is notified of the payment result through the payment gateway.

Advance payment by bank transfer:
- When making payment, it is necessary to specify the variable symbol = order number, which is important for correctly assigning the payment to the order. The goods are dispatched only after the payment is credited to our bank account. If the payment is not recorded on our bank account within 7 days of receiving the order, the order will be canceled.
