Device Warranty: 1 year.

EPSON Warranty: The EPSON warranty does not apply, as the device is a DTF (Direct To Film) modification.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover consumables such as printheads, capping stations, tanks, or dampers. It also does not cover mechanical damage or unauthorized modifications to the device, including component replacements.
We can provide consumables, accessories, and service for the printer. We are a certified supplier for DTF technology in Slovakia.

Delivery and Training: For a fee of €120 within Slovakia, we can deliver the printer to your home or company, provide full setup, demonstration, and training. Technical support and consulting are included after purchase. Courier delivery is free.

Consumables Warranty: No warranty is provided for consumables such as the printhead or capping station, as the printer is filled with high-density DTF inks.

Printer Lifespan: Proper maintenance is essential for longevity. From our experience, the printer can produce approximately 500–1000 A3 sheets at standard print settings (1440×1440 dpi).

Service Options: Service can be provided at your location (excluding cases where users attempt self-repair or modify mechanical parts). Alternatively, the printer can be shipped back to us for service.
