We also offer service and advice to customers who have not purchased a printer from us. There are no conditions with us, and you do not have to be tied to the purchase of material. We are here for you to ensure that everyone who works with DTF printers has access to the necessary support and professional services.

Description

Warranty period: 1 year on the device.
Please note: The Epson manufacturer’s warranty does not apply, as this printer has been converted for DTF technology.
The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as the print head, capping station, tanks, and dampers.
The warranty also does not apply to mechanical damage or any unauthorized intervention (such as replacing components or making modifications).

We can provide consumables, accessories, and servicing for all printers we supply. We are an official supplier of DTF technology in Slovakia.

Delivery and Training

On-site delivery and training at your home or company anywhere in Slovakia: €120 surcharge.
- We are based in Humenné and can deliver the printer directly to you.
- During delivery, we will demonstrate, explain, and provide full training on how to operate the printer.
- After purchase, you will also receive ongoing technical support and consultation.
Courier delivery: Free of charge within Slovakia.

Warranty Conditions

The printer warranty is 12 months.
The warranty on consumables (print head, capping station) is 3 months, since the printer uses high-viscosity DTF inks.
Proper printer care and maintenance are essential. We will show you the correct procedures during training.
From experience, the printer can produce 500–1000 A3 prints under standard settings (resolution: 1440×1440 DPI).

Service Options

On-site service at your location (excluding cases where you have attempted mechanical repairs or modifications yourself).
Alternatively, you can ship the printer to us by courier for servicing.

Our offer includes all the necessary instructions for installation, maintenance and working with special films. With clear and concise instructions, we will help you make the most of your DTF printing potential, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced user.
