Printer Overview:
The printer is compact, comparable in size to desktop printers. Its refillable ink system and use of roll-fed transfer films significantly reduce printing costs. The maximum print width is 34 cm, which is sufficient for most custom production typical of DTF technology.

Primarily Designed for DTF Printing
While most devices in this category were originally developed for other purposes (usually paper) and later modified for DTF use, they often encounter issues—most commonly with ink (clogging of nozzles). With this printer, such problems are minimized. It was developed specifically to fill a gap in the market: a small DTF device capable of occasional larger production, optimized from the ground up for pigment-based inks and ready for DTF printing.

DTF Printing Process:
DTF (Direct to Film) is a transfer printing method. The printer produces a mirrored image onto a special transparent transfer film. The ink is then automatically or manually coated with powder adhesive and dried. Finally, the film is cut to size and heat-transferred onto garments or other items using an appropriate transfer press.

The print adheres to virtually any textile material using polyurethane powder adhesive and works well even on textured surfaces. Wash resistance is high.

Powder and Curing Oven:
The curing oven is equipped with automatic timing, a counter, and a buzzer for simple operation and increased efficiency—ideal for even demanding print jobs.
