EPSON Warranty: EPSON’s warranty does not apply, as this printer has been modified for DTF (Direct To Film).

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover consumables such as printheads, capping stations, tanks, or dampers. It also does not cover mechanical damage or unauthorized modifications, including component replacements.
We can supply consumables, accessories, and provide service for the printer. We are a certified DTF technology supplier in Slovakia.

Delivery and Training: For an additional €120 within Slovakia, we can deliver the printer to your home or business, demonstrate its operation, and provide training. Technical support and consultation are included after purchase. Courier delivery is free.

Consumables Warranty: No warranty is provided for consumables such as printheads or capping stations, as the printer is filled with high-density DTF inks.

Printer Usage and Lifespan: Proper care is essential for longevity. Based on our experience, the printer can produce approximately 500–1000 A3 sheets at standard print settings (1440×1440 dpi).

Service Options: Service can be provided at your location (excluding cases where users attempt self-repair or modify mechanical parts). Alternatively, the printer can be sent to us via courier for servicing.
