The printer has compact dimensions, comparable to desktop printers. Its refillable ink system and the ability to use film directly from a roll significantly reduce printing costs. The maximum print width is 34 cm, which is sufficient in most cases to meet the requirements of custom production typical for DTF technology.

Primarily Designed for DTF Printing

While most devices in this category were originally developed for another purpose (most often for paper) and later modified for DTF use, users often encounter various problems – most commonly related to ink (such as nozzle clogging). With this printer, you don’t need to worry about such issues. It was specifically developed to fill a gap in the market – a small DTF device capable of handling occasional larger production runs, truly designed for pigment inks and adapted for printing from the very beginning of its development.

Printing with the DTF Method

DTF is a transfer printing method. This means the printer prints a mirror image of the design onto a special transparent transfer film. The print is then automatically or manually coated with adhesive powder and dried. Afterwards, the film is simply cut to the required size and heat-pressed onto products using an appropriately sized transfer press.

The print adheres to virtually any textile material with powdered polyurethane adhesive, meaning it can be applied even to textured fabrics. As a result, the print also offers higher wash resistance.
