The printer has compact dimensions, comparable to desktop printers. Its refillable ink system and the use of film directly from a roll significantly reduce printing costs. The maximum print width is 34 cm, which in most cases is sufficient to cover custom production requirements typical for DTF technology.

Primarily Designed for DTF Printing

While most devices in this category were developed for other purposes (most often for paper) and later modified for DTF, users often face various problems, most commonly related to ink (such as nozzle clogging). With this printer, you don’t need to worry about these issues. It was developed to fill a market gap – a small DTF device capable of occasional larger production runs, designed with pigment inks in mind and adapted for printing from the very start of development.

Printing with the DTF Method

DTF is a transfer printing method. The printer prints a mirror image of the design onto a special transparent transfer film. The print is then automatically or manually coated with adhesive powder and dried. Afterwards, the film is cut to the required size and heat-pressed onto products using a suitably sized transfer press.

The print adheres to virtually any textile material with powdered polyurethane adhesive, making it suitable even for textured fabrics. As a result, wash resistance is higher.

DTF Powder Shaker and Curing Oven

The shaker and curing oven ensure even application and subsequent melting of the required amount of adhesive directly on the printed image, saving time, effort, and costs.

Powder Spraying Structure: A motor drives a brush to rotate and clean excess powder from the powder box.
Powder Shaking Device: A motor drives a lever to shake the powder, removing excess powder from the hot melt on the film.
