• Custom channel settings – unlike previous versions where channels are fixed, in V10 you can change channels on demand to suit your needs.

  • For example, if a COLOR (CMYK) nozzle is clogged, the CUSTOM CHANNEL Setup allows you to REASSIGN A CHANNEL.

  • If the yellow nozzle is blocked, you can use a WHITE CHANNEL, assign yellow ink to that channel, and disable the original yellow channel.

  • A simpler example: change the white cartridge to yellow in a working channel via settings.

  • This feature is useful in DTG and DTF systems, allowing continued use of a printhead even with clogged channels. Essentially, it lets you keep printing because you have 2 or 4 white channels as backups.
