DTF transfer film in roll format 30cm x 100m

Our transfer film has been specially developed for printing with our water-based pigment inks for transfer printing and our DTF transfer powder. DTF (Direct-To-Film) transfer printing is a new technology that allows you to transfer images, text, or graphics onto almost any fabric or material. The film is ideal for professional DTF use and Epson printers modified for DTF printing.

Product Details:

• Matte transfer film for water-based pigment inks and DTF printers

• Transfer time: approximately 10–15 seconds at 110 °C – 180 °C, depending on the type of adhesive

• Suitable for printing on light and dark textiles, as well as many other materials including cotton, polyester, eco fabrics, and more

• Very high wash resistance

• Available in A4, A3, A3+, and rolls sized 30 cm x 100 m and 60 cm x 100 m

• Compatible with all Epson printhead printers, such as L805, L1800, R1390, L8180, L18050, L8050, XP-15000, etc.

• Supplied quantity: 30 cm x 100 m roll

Instructions:

1. Print your design: Insert the film into the DTF printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

2. Apply powder: After printing, evenly apply DTF powder over the design. Shake off any excess powder.

3. Cure the design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the powder and ink.

4. Heat press: Position the film onto the garment and press at 160 °C for 12 seconds.

5. Peel: Remove the film after heat pressing.

6. Cooling and finishing: Allow the garment to cool. The design will adjust as it cools.

Storage: Store unused film rolls in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the film sealed in its original packaging or protective sleeve to prevent dust and contamination.

Handling care: Do not expose the film to high humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct heat, as this may affect performance.

Avoid physical damage: Take care not to bend, crease, or tear the film. Store rolls horizontally to prevent pressure or deformation that could affect print quality.
