The device comes with a 1-year warranty. The EPSON warranty does not apply, as the printer has been converted for DTF use. The warranty also does not cover consumables such as the printhead, capping station, tanks, or dampers. It also does not cover mechanical damage or unauthorized interventions on the device, such as component replacements.
We can provide consumables, accessories, and service for the printer. We are a DTF technology supplier in Slovakia.
Delivery and Training:
We offer in-person delivery and training at your home or company for an additional fee of €120 anywhere in Slovakia. Our company is based in Humenné, and we can personally deliver the printer, demonstrate its operation, explain all functions, and provide training. Technical support and advice after purchase are, of course, included. Courier delivery is free of charge.

Consumables (printhead, capping station): 3 months, as the device is filled with dense DTF inks.
The printer’s operation depends on your commitment to properly maintain it as we will demonstrate at the beginning. Based on our experience, the printer can produce approximately 500 to 1000 A3 pages at standard print settings and a resolution of 1440×1440 dpi.
Service Options:
Printer service can be provided at your location (this does not cover self-service or unauthorized mechanical interventions on the printer) or you can send the printer to us via courier for servicing.
